  • What is ‘Smart Packaging’?
    NEMOIN’s counterfeit detection system features ‘smart packaging’ technology which combines IT and special security printing. ‘Smart packaging’ is an automatic counterfeit detection technology using a mobile device which directly printed a product authentication tag which uses special anti-counterfeit technology on the paper/fabric/label. Since it can be produced all at once from the early stages such as the packing box, container labeling, warranty, clothing care label & hang tag and gift certificate, this technology can shorten the production period and reduce costs.
  • Does the product authentication sticker have an anti-tamper feature?
    The product authentication sticker is easily attachable to both products and packing boxes. It can also be produced as an anti-temper type substituting a conventional transparent anti-temper seal. In addition, it has physical security options (e.g., VOID, break, cutting line, etc.).
  • What product is it applicable to?
    NEMOIN Product Authentication Service is applicable to all products which target the prevention of illegal distribution and forgery in a flexible manner (e.g., cosmetics/aesthetic device, electronic goods, medicine, shoes, clothes, health supplement, household goods, alcohol, etc.). Recently, it has been used for distribution management as well as anti-counterfeit purposes (able to manage distribution by product/country with the serial No.).
  • Can I have a particular design I want?
    NEMOIN service offers customized design which meets brand needs free of charge. We design a product authentication tag, using the desired elements such as emblem/model and propose the best specifications. We also offer an authentication page optimized for branding.
  • Can you use diverse materials?
    NEMOIN features diverse materials for easy application to products, offering businesses more opportunities to choose. We propose hologram, paper (poly-art paper, art paper, non-glass paper, etc.), double label, transparent film and care-label fabric according to product properties.
  • How can it get product authentication?
    NEMOIN offers two versions: app authentication, QR authentication.

    ** App Authentication **
    : Emblem/mixed-type authentication tag
    : Search ‘NEMOIN’ on store and install the app -> start the app and recognize the product authentication tag -> automatic identification

    ** QR Authentication **
    : QR/hologram authentication tag
    : Start the regular QR scanner (e.g., Naver, WeChat, QQ, etc.) -> enter QR scan and random serial No. -> Automatic identification
  • Can distribution management be done at the same time?
    It enables you to check consumer authentication status based on GPS location data and search product distribution history with authentication data.
    We provide authentication statistics every month and make it easy to analyze sales trends by country/region/product based on data.
  • What kinds of marketing services can I expect?
